2013 SCR Oyster Festival

As I said in Monday’s post, Riley’s school fair was last weekend. We were out there all day Saturday and part of Sunday. The weather was beautiful, the rides and games were plentiful, Riley’s energy was boundless.

We did come home on Saturday evening quite exhausted, but it was well worth it. We had a great time.

…..and everyone had a great time riding (or watching) rides and playing games. Kelli and I also worked in the silly string/confetti egg booth in direct sunlight for three hours on Sunday. Fun times.

We had two very tired boys on our hands when we finally left around 5pm on Saturday, but we all had such fun both days. Riley has already asked to go to the fair again and is not very excited about waiting a whole year for it.

But at least his green snake now has a girlfriend.

And she only cost about $60.

Like I said though, worth it.

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

P.S. – We’ve done so much lately that you need to check back tomorrow and Sunday. I have posts all ready to go for both days!
