The weekend before last was Kate’s school fair. It was her first time getting to perform a fair dance of her own; she was so excited. However, the weather that weekend was supremely rainy, so the performances were moved inside of the gym. Luke fell asleep on Kel-Kel before Kate took the stage.
Once Kate was lined up with her class, she spotted all of us down front watching her. She waved to her cousin Riley especially; she was so glad he was there.
The dance was to a mix of a bunch of different songs; Kate’s teacher Wendy choreographed it. It was so cute!
We congratulated Kate on a job well done when she came down and took some celebratory pictures. Then we all swam home.
The rest of the weekend was rain, rain, and more rain. Kenny took the boys on a walk before dinner on Saturday and they had a great time getting soaked.
And Riley ended up with some awesome wonky hair before bed.
We took another walk the next afternoon, all four of us. It was raining harder than the day before. We were passed by a few cars, the occupants of which looked at us a bit strangely, but we didn’t care. The boys had a ball splashing through all of the water.
Then we went to Nola and Nopsi’s for Sunday dinner to wrap up the fun yet wet weekend. Kate passed out stickers to everyone; I liked mine the best.
Family Forever indeed.

You crack me up, PC. I'm glad we are indeed family forever.
I think we're looking at a future Jazzercise instructor.......I just don't know if it's Ken or Kate.
