The boys woke up on Easter morning and discovered that the Easter bunny had left them baskets full of goodies. They each got candy and a new cup; Riley got bubbles, green socks, and a TMNT dog tag and stickers; and Rory got a new romper and some Wheelies cars.
We were able to spend time with both families on Easter Sunday this year. Our first stop was Uncle Steve and Aunt Jaimi’s house for lunch. We were also celebrating Uncle Steve’s birthday, and there was an Easter egg hunt for the kids.
We left Steve and Jaimi’s and drove straight to Nola and Nopsi’s house for dinner. Riley, Rory, and Kate had a blast playing in the backyard with bubbles, buckets, cups, and chalk. They’re nuts.
It was quite the long day, but it was lots of fun. I unfortunately didn’t get a pic of all four of us together but I did snap a few of the boys before lunch. It’s so hard to get them both to look at the camera and smile at the same time these days.
This is the best I could get.
