Here’s what I’ve read since the beginning of May. I hope I’ll still have time to read once Bean is here, but I’m not counting on it!

1. Cemetery Dance (D. Preston and L. Child): another good one from the tag team writers.
2. The Physik Book of Deliverance Dane (K. Howe)
3. The White Queen (P. Gregory)
4. The House at Riverton (K. Morton)
5. The Girl Who Played with Fire (S. Larsson): second in the trilogy, but not nearly as good as the first.
6. The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest (S. Larsson): third in the trilogy; better than the second but not as good as the first.
7. Spooky Little Girl (L. Notaro): quirky and bizarre, but a fast read.
8. Mistress Shakespeare (K. Harper)
9. Sepulchre (K. Mosse)
10. Home Team (S. Payton): excellent, easy read. Go Saints!
11. The Templar Throne (P. Christopher): not worth the time.
12. The Little Stranger (M. Waters): a not-so-scary ghost mystery.
13. The Alchemist’s Daughter (K. McMahon)
14. The Happiest Baby on the Block (Dr. H. Karp): thanks, QP! We’ll soon see if Bean benefits from the 5 S’s!
