Happy Turkey Day, everyone!
Rory brought home lots of cute Thanksgiving stuff from school, so I thought I would show y’all all of that today. The last picture is of Rory’s Thanksgiving placemat, which was the November art project that the other PK3 room moms and I organized. Love how they came out!
PK3 also had a special feast in their classroom last Friday, and lots of the parents came to see the little ones celebrate and give thanks. They looked so adorable dressed up as Pilgrims and Indians. And they even got to use their personalized placemats! They feasted on chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, crescent rolls, fruit salad, pudding cups, and apple juice. Rory freaked out when he saw mac and cheese on his plate, but I quickly scooped it onto another plate and crisis was averted.
Riley brought home a couple of Thanksgiving things, too, but now that he’s a big firstie, he doesn’t get to do all of the cutesy stuff anymore! *tear*
May everyone have a wonderful day surrounded by family. And food. All the food.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING, Y’ALL!
