1. On a whim a few weeks ago, I checked Mrs. Amelie’s Shutterfly share site and discovered that she had uploaded pictures from the end of the year. Here are the PK4’s enjoying their end-of-the-year luau lunch and giving Mrs. Amelie a surprise baby shower in their classroom the last week of school. Baby Louie should be here within two weeks!
2. One night after dinner and bath at Nola and Nopsi’s, we had an impromptu jam session to Maroon 5’s “Sugar” in the driveway before leaving to go home. Riley loved standing up through my sunroof and dancing to his favorite song.
3. Freshly haircut boys chillin’ with their daddy in front of a regional baseball game and Kenny and Riley upstairs in Daddy’s room playing with their toys.
4. A few pics from the ending ceremony of VBS at SCR. Riley did a great job performing; he and Claire were front and center, right next to each other. Afterwards when they got all of the kids together for a group picture, Riley didn’t want Claire to put her arm around him, so she pouted. Then he relented so she smiled again. Silly kids.
5. Pretty Claire at the Zephyrs game.
6. Riley spotted Star Wars yogurt packs at the grocery and of course made me buy one for him. He has really been enjoying “Hyperspace Berry” and “Imperial Strawberry Banana.” Marketing genius.
7. The little one drinking and driving, pillow pushing at Aunt E’s, vacuuming with his sword, and playing outside in the hose.
8. On our first full day at the beach, Kenny and I had a little fun creating things in the sand. I had the idea to draw Darth Vader and Kenny made a 3D Darth Vader and a 3D Olaf. The kids loved our masterpieces.
9. On Father’s Day morning, the boys were chasing each other around the house with their lightsabers. Rory accidentally fell into a corner of the wall in the front hall and got a big bo-bo on his head. Ouch.
10. Morning snuggles with the little one and him helping Nopsi carry Mama and Daddy’s wine out to my car.
Such a big boy.
Have a wonderful {Fourth of July} weekend, everyone!
