We went to lunch with Nola and Uncle Jeff at Gott Gourmet.
We did some shopping on Magazine Street afterwards and got gifts for a few very special people.
We picked up the big brother from school and then went back to Nola’s to make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.
We giggled when Nopsi put flour on the boys’ noses.
We played and laughed. We tasted the cookies. We sang songs, including Queen’s “We Will Rock You” (which Riley apparently learned in PE class earlier that day…..too funny). We made messes and then cleaned them up with little complaint. We ate good dinners. We gave Daddy big hugs and kisses when he got home. We took quick baths and then went to bed with only slight protesting.
We had a good day.

It WAS a good day. Remember THEM when you have bad ones. The peaks and valleys of motherhood. I loved spending it with you all.
Courtney, "We will Rock You" is what they're dancing to at the fair...we started practicing with them during PE. They are such cute little rockers!!
