We spent the weekend before last in Orange Beach, Alabama for our annual friends beach trip. I’ll do a big recap sometime soon, but I wanted to post this video first.
Remember when Rory absolutely HATED the sand? Well, he doesn’t anymore. It did take him some time to get used to it when we went with Nola and Nopsi in June but he did much better with it than in past years. I expected more of the same on this trip, him slowly easing in.
So I was pleasantly surprised when Rory jumped right in and didn’t look back. He spent much of his time running in and out of the surf and destroying sand castles that Kenny made for him.
He was as happy as a clam, and his joy was so fun to watch.
