Watermelon

My two boys are loving summer, but one of the main reasons is the availability of watermelon. They LOVE it.

We have had multiple afternoon watermelon parties in the kitchen, which have then turned into dance parties. These boys are crazy over some watermelon, and they love showing it.  Or maybe they just love being silly. Either way, it’s alright with me.

 

 

Plus, how great is this pose I captured Riley in? He looks like the cutest little rocker.

The little one polished off four of these huge watermelon wedges on Memorial Day all by himself. He was a sticky, juicy mess afterwards, but he didn’t care.

And if I add in smoothies with the watermelon, it’s all over. These two love fruit so much. In fact, that’s all they had for lunch this particular day.

 

And once all of that natural sugar hits their brains, they can’t help but dance it out.
