1. Cute plaid boys at Jazzercise.
2. His Darth Vader Lego minifigure is never far away from him these days.
3. Mama in the middle.
4. Hello, lashes.
5. Girls brunch at Sac-a-Lait. So much fun and very tasty. Plus bottomless mimosas!
6. Fun at a playground together one day…..
…..and then chilling out another day. They wanted to lay next to each other and then they wanted me to cover them up with a blanket.
7. I dropped Rory off at Grandma’s before his last music class and there was a micka-maker and a crane truck working next door. Rory loved seeing them in action.
He also loved his music teacher, Ms. Meryl. Hopefully he’ll have her again in the fall!
8. We went to Uncle Dean and Aunt Dede’s house a couple of weekends ago to celebrate Pops’ 90th birthday. All of the cousins had lots of fun playing together, especially since Aunt Dede pulled out her boys’ old Lego collection.
And we saw a really pretty sunset on the way home.
While we were at her house, Riley of course asked Aunt Dede if she had a Darth Vader, and she said she did, though he wasn’t in the box she had pulled out. After much pestering from the wonk potatoes, she said she would look for Darth and mail him to Riley if she found him. Well, look what arrived in the mail a few days later. Riley was so psyched.
9. Riley randomly asked when Jenn could come over for breakfast because he thought she would want to eat three pannacakes with him. So cute.
10. Me: Look, it’s Snow White! Kate: No, CC, I’m just Kate. Kate Princess.
Love her.
And look…..
…..she’s gonna be a big sister in December. So excited to add another little one into the mix!
