Eight Things

1. Riley was riding in style on the way home from the beach, surrounded by lots of trucks, blanket and giraffe, and a bagel snack.

3. The Pinterest Party was lots of fun…..we made wreaths out of a pool noodle, fabric, tulle, and felt. Thanks for hosting, Amy; can’t wait for the next one!

 

4. As much as I would like to make it a nightly thing, reading books with Rory just doesn’t happen. He’s usually more than ready to drink his last bottle and get into bed right after his bath. However, I did get to read to both of my boys one recent night, and it was a sweet moment. Especially when Riley leaned over to kiss Rory’s hand.

 

5. My boys both seem to be tv junkies…..I wonder where they get it from. (Also, these two shots were taken at separate times. Rory was watching Mickey, and Riley was glued to a fairy movie that I found on Disney one afternoon. We have since watched it three additional times.)

 

6. I’m not sure why this child is obsessed with putting things in mouths, but he is.

  

7. Nola bought Riley a pack of Halloween stickers and they provided fun after-school entertainment for all three of us one day last week.

8. Sadly, Rory’s dump truck “brothers” onesie doesn’t fit him anymore, so I decided to repurpose it instead of packing it away in the attic.
