We spent the afternoon of the 4th at Nola and Nopsi’s house for their annual party. We were in the pool most of the time, so I didn’t take many pictures. But I managed to capture the four cousins in their red, white, and blue, as well as some of our family and one of Dana and me twinning out, completely unexpectedly. It was a good day!
We stayed pretty late, and the kids ended up having an impromptu dance party in the living room before we finally called it a night.
Although I did make them all stand on the front porch before we left to get a few patriotic group pics. They’re pretty used to my picture requests by now.
Rory had been asking to see fireworks for a couple of days, so we went home, bathed the boys super fast, got them into their PJs, loaded them into the wagon, and walked up to the levee to watch the Treasure Chest fireworks show before bed.
