Kate's {delayed} first communion finally took place on September 19. We couldn't go to the mass, but Erin and Jeff hosted a party at their house afterward. Kate looked so pretty and proud. Congratulations, sweet girl!
On September 26, the four of us went on a swamp tour with the Scouts. We saw lots of alligators (we fed them marshmallows and Riley even got to hold a baby gator) and birds and had a great family morning!
And a few September randoms: a bird by our mailbox on a rainy morning, the boys' birthday cards to Nopsi (check out the boat Rory drew!), and pre-dinner fun in the backyard.
