1. Dinner out at Copper Vine on a cold night!
2. Fun friends dinner at Casa Garcia!
3. Bears den meeting on February 9. They learned about forensic investigation techniques.
4. Happy Valentine’s Day!
5. On February 15, Dana, Lynn, Erin, and I had a fun night out. We started with dinner at Paladar 511 and then walked two blocks to Royal Street to catch the inaugural year of Krewe Boheme. Lizzie helped found the new marching parade, which was centered around green fairies and absinthe. After that, we made one more stop: Bakery Bar. Dana, Lynn, and I had been trying to get there for a celebratory “we-ran-a-half-marathon” outing since January 2017, and we finally made it. SO. MUCH. FUN.
6. Kenny finally got back to homebrewing! This batch of cream ale should be ready for our annual crawfish boil.
7. Dinner out at Cane’s to support the SCR cheerleaders. Rory’s grade came in third in total attendance and won an ice cream party!
8. I have not been running as much as I should, but I enjoyed a run in the rain one day last week!
9. Grim Reaper vs. Darth Vader in the kitchen. NBD.
10. The Treasure X obsession is still going strong.

Paladar! I miss that place. Ed gave everyone time off at Christmas, closing the restaurant, so we didn't get there last time we were in New Orleans, but we will come May. Oh, and No. 9 is my favorite. NBD, indeed.
