Saturday, December 9 was a busy one for us. And it was all Christmas, all day. We had so much fun.
We started at at Breakfast with Santa at SCR. The boys had a great time running around with their friends, playing games, and doing some of the activities set up around the gym. Plus they got to see Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Later that afternoon was the Gingerbread House Workshop at Redfish Grill. We had so much fun last year that we decided to do it again. Dana and David were there with Claire and Colin, and Diana and Jamey brought Alcee. All of the kids’ houses turned out great! Riley and Rory shared one and each did two sides.
Like last year, we walked over to the Roosevelt after we were done at the restaurant. It wasn’t the boys’ first choice of things to do, but I always love seeing the lobby all decorated. And Riley got into it more once I gave him my phone so he could take pictures. Very interesting seeing what attracted his eye. He took the picture of Kenny and me, as well as all of the ones in the collage.
Such a great day. I can’t believe Christmas is in ONE WEEK, y’all!!!

Love that you let Riley take pictures; love seeing what his eye was drawn to, just as you said. Love that kid.
