Riley LOVES raisins.
He used to call them “ray-rays” but now he says the full word, albeit somewhat funnily, in a throaty and excited voice.
As you probably read last week, he has raisins just about every day.
Of course, this could be because Nola filled a large acrylic canister with raisins and placed said canister within easy reach for whenever Riley wants some, though.
But that’s fine. It’s her prerogative to spoil her grandson, and it’s not like she filled the canister with ying-yangs. After all, raisins are pretty darn healthy and delicious.
Totally unrelated to raisins (but I couldn’t resist the title alliteration), Riley also demonstrated an unusual resting position last week. He often likes to sit in my lap when I’m working at my computer, and on this particular day, he decided to lay his head down on my desk.
I guess he just liked hearing the sound of the laptop’s fan through the desk because he stayed like that for quite some time.
Crazy, wonky kid.

Funny ... The picture of Riley lying his head next to your computer reminds me of George, who loves my laptop fan. So ... Riley is a cat?
