I made a pork tenderloin for dinner last night, and it turned out great. It was marinated in maple syrup and dijon mustard, wrapped in bacon, laid on a bed of fresh rosemary, and surrounded by potatoes. YUM! It looks like a very fancy dish, but it actually takes hardly any effort to throw together. Kenny and I decided it's definitely a winner and will be repeated in the future!
