One of the rewards of the World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser was that the whole school got to enjoy a BMX bike show. And, since Riley and Rory were two of the top 11 sellers, they got VIP seating on the front row.
The show took place outside in the school’s front parking lot on December 10. It was pretty cold out, so all of the kids were bundled up in coats, hats, and scarves, and lots of them brought blankets as well. Anything to stay warm!
The show lasted about a half hour. There were three bike riders and one rollerblader. They did some pretty impressive stunts, including one with four students and one with Ms. Milene.
After the show, Riley and Rory, as top sellers, got to do one more special thing. They got to silly string their principal. She came out fully prepared, wearing a plastic poncho and safety goggles. She was a good sport!
Such a fun day for everyone!
