Ten Things

1. Rory lost his first tooth! It came out, with a little help from Mama, on July 12. The Tooth Fairy brought him $2 for it.

2. Jeff and I took Nola to Gianna for her birthday on July 17, and the Krewe girls went to brunch at Katie's on July 21. Two great meals out!

3. Rory's scout den got together in Delacroix on July 20 to learn about boating safety and proper fishing technique. Kenny said Rory casted very well; Nopsi was so proud.

4. Typical morning positions, a battle set up outside of the laundry room, being crazy before dinner, and finally helping Daddy fix the hole in the wall they created last December.

7. I took Rory to a birthday party at Surge on a random Tuesday afternoon and DREW BREES was there too. I shook his hand, wished him a great season, and told him we were all rooting for them. Who Dat, baby!

8. I really need to get back into running regularly, but the heat right now is no joke.

9. Ansleigh and Myril's joint waterslide birthday party and cousin togetherness at a Sunday dinner.
