Cub Scout Battleship Overnight and Blue and Gold Ceremony

On May 10, Kenny and the boys headed to Mobile to spend the night with the Scouts on the USS Alabama. Such a cool and unique thing to be able to do. They explored all over the ship, ate a pizza dinner, and slept in bunks suspended from the ceiling, just like the sailors did back in the day. Actual sleeping was fairly minimum, but Kenny said it was a neat experience. 

Then on May 18, we all went to SCR for the Scout closing ceremony. Riley moved on to Webelos, and Rory advanced to Tigers. Interested to see what next year will bring.
